i have worn this outfit more times than i can count in the past few weeks. i switch out the belt and the boots to change things up a bit trick people into thinking it's a new outfit, but the rest stays the same. do you ever do that? find an outfit and think, "yeah, this works." and then you just wear it, like, every day??? because i do it a lot and i really hope i am not alone in this. it's cute, it's easy, and i'm on my way. no fuss. it's about time for me to switch it up, though. once my friends and family have seen me in the same thing for about the tenth time they start to wonder if i ever wash these clothes (which i do) or why i have a closet packed with other clothes when i only wear this one outfit. and the answer to that is, obviously, because i need something to wear while this is in the wash. duh.

I do that on weekends with all the clothes I wore during the week... Mon's shirt with Tue's cardigan and Wed's jeans... it's less laundry that way! The print is really cute and I like the detail on the cardigan!

ReplyDeleteThis is so cute. I do the same thing. If someone saw me every day, they would wonder why I kept wearing the same thing. I find a cute outfit and wear with my different groups of friends... Everyone does it!

I love switching outfits up. I give you lady a lot of credit for standing out in the snow with no coat on. I couldn't do it.

ReplyDeleteI completely do the same thing! You're not alone! Usually with jeans and a cashmere top ALL WINTER LONG-it just keeps me warm, and hey, usually I'm the only one who notices! But, YOU look amazing in this! Great tunic for you and love the boots!

p.s., I do that all the time. I'll switch black accessories for brown and feel like I'm a genius for stretching my wardrobe as far as I have, but in reality, I'm probably the only one who can see the difference ha I guess tricking myself is as soon as tricking others!
I totally do that - changing up the shoes is a great way to give a look a makeover! And I love your boots!

Haha! I can totally relate with that. Especially when it comes to my workwear. I wear the same outfit quite a few times if I find that it works. And your outfit certainly works! The top is darling and is such a great color on you. Plus, leggings and boots can never be wrong in the wintertime!
